Ann Dowsett Johnston
The winner of five National Magazine Awards, Ann Dowsett Johnston is a writer and editor recognized for her expertise in higher education and alcohol policy. A recipient of the Atkinson Fellowship in Public Policy and a Southam Fellowship in Journalism, she spent most of her professional career at Maclean's magazine, where she was best known as the chief architect of the university-rankings issue. A graduate of Queen's University and a former vice principal of McGill University, she lives in Toronto.

Becky Vollmer
Becky Vollmer is a writer, speaker, and creator of You Are Not Stuck, a global movement that empowers people to pursue the lives they most deeply desire. She’s also the author of the book You Are Not Stuck: How Soul-Guided Choices Transform Fear into Freedom.
 
A longtime yoga and meditation teacher, Becky leads popular workshops and retreats at leading yoga and wellness centers across the country. Additionally, she consults for business, nonprofit, and academic organizations, and facilitates programs focused on empowerment, well-being, and mental health. Becky also is a leading voice in the sobriety and recovery community.

Brigitta Dau
Brigitta is passionate about combining personal growth with creative expression. A serial crafter since childhood, she teaches DIY workshops virtually and around greater Los Angeles. Brigitta also offers 1-1 and group classes combining her Coaching, Pilates, and Reiki services.

Brigitta is certified life coach, Pilates instructor, reiki master, intentional crafting facilitator, Author “Crafting a Better Life” and Etsy shop owner “Yarn Pig Crafts.” She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and naughty pooch, Stanley.

Dr. Brooke Scheller
Dr. Brooke Scheller is a doctor of clinical nutrition, the founder of Functional Sobriety, and the author of How to Eat to Change How You Drink: Heal Your Gut, Mend Your Mind, and Improve Nutrition to Change Your Relationship with Alcohol.

Her launch of Functional Sobriety led to the development of her online community, the Functional Sobriety Network, with members around the globe. Dr. Brooke is an author and contributor to many health platforms and has been featured on websites like Forbes and Oprah Daily.

Carolyn Glickstein
Carolyn is passionate about Pickleball! Her alcohol-free lifestyle has helped her get through some very challenging times with Pickleball being the star gift as a result! Being a PPR certified Coach she has been running leagues and teaching Pickleball at the J in Minneapolis, and presently teaching in Brickell Florida for some of the winter months. Please join her on the courts for what she claims to be the best healthy addiction you can find. Playing Pickleball promises to raise your dopamine levels, gets your endorphins going to new heights all while bringing forth lots of laughter and much joy.


Tips: Try Dinking, stay out of the kitchen, learn how to “reset” all while playing with intention. You won’t get pickled.

Cybele’s coaching practice allows women to look inside and connect with their most tender selves. Her clients are curious about living alcohol-free and want to overcome codependency, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. She teaches women how to build boundaries, work through shame and guilt from past behaviors, and cultivate self-compassion. Cybele is a SHE RECOVERS® Coach and a Mother Hunger® Trained Facilitator. With a Master's Degree in Education, she has over 40 years of teaching experience. She offers individual 1:1 coaching sessions and online classes and courses. Heather Lowe was a small town Wisconsin party girl with a plot twist. In midlife she transformed into an Award Winning Sober Coach and Social Impact Entrepreneur. With a background in Social Work, Human Resources, and Sales she helps high achieving professionals break free from alcohol and embark on a journey of self discovery. In addition, she mentors new coaches looking to earn coaching credentials or launch and grow their coaching practice. Isabelle Wettergren 
Isabelle is a self-employed Workplace Wellness Consultant, Trainer, and Well-Being Coach. She holds a master’s in Health & Wellness Psychology. She is a National Board Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Recovery Coach, Certified Facilitator in Addiction Awareness, and Certified Wellness Practitioner.
 
As an Ambassador of Mental Health & Well-Being, she combines 23 years of experience teaching and leading wellness initiatives with her personal journey of overcoming substance use disorder to inspire others. She is passionate about removing barriers to seeking help and normalizing the conversation about mental health. She has been enjoying the benefits of a drug and alcohol-free lifestyle since 2008.

Maggie Klassens
Maggie Klaassens is the founder and host of The Sober Summit, a free online virtual event bringing together the best authors, podcasts, experts, and influencers from the sober community. She is also a Certified International Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition & holds a Diploma in Coaching & Positive Psychology, accredited by the International Coaching Federation & The Association for Coaching. Teri Patterson is a Functional Nutritionist and a This Naked Mind Senior Coach. Teri blends her knowledge of nutrition with her passion for living an alcohol-free life into a unique business as The Sober Nutritionist. 

Since becoming an alcohol freedom coach in 2019, Teri has helped thousands of people take a break from drinking and create true wellness. Toni Will has 25 years’ work experience in leadership starting in banking and now serving as the General Manager and Governor for the Kalamazoo Wings, a men's AA professional hockey team in Kalamazoo, Michigan for the past 9 years and counting. Toni is the first female GM to serve on the Executive Committee for the Board of Governors in the ECHL. Toni launched her lifestyle coaching business - Mindfulness Elevated - in 2021 helping others find freedom from substances, reaching fitness and nutrition goals as well as professional development coaching.
